Refund and Returns Policy for NogorWeb

At NogorWeb, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. We understand that there may be occasions when a return, exchange, or refund is necessary. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below to understand your rights and how to proceed with returns or refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products: Items must be returned within (7 to 10 working days) from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including any tags or labels that were included when the product was delivered.
  • Services: If the service you purchased from us has not been rendered or is unsatisfactory, we will work with you to resolve the issue. For digital products, refunds are not typically offered once the product has been downloaded or accessed unless there are extenuating circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom orders or personalized products.
  • Digital downloads or services already rendered (unless otherwise stated).
  • Gift cards or voucher purchases.
  • Any products marked as non-returnable on the product page.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    within the return period (as noted above) and provide your order details (e.g., order number, name, and reason for return).
  2. Return Authorization: Once we approve your return, we will provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Ship the Product Back: You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the item is faulty, damaged, or an error on our part. Please pack the item securely and send it to the provided return address.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within (7 to 10 working days)

Please note the following:

  • Refunds for physical products are subject to inspection upon return and may take up to (7 to 10 working days) business days to process.
  • Refunds for services will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or there was an error in fulfilling your order.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above, and once the item is returned and refunded, you can place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at admin@nogorweb.com

  • You must contact us within (7 to 10 working days) of receiving the damaged item.
  • Please provide photos of the damage to assist with the claims process.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the following:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement for the refund.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
